Agreement
By engaging Terreaux for consulting, contracting, or other services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Terreaux provides applied AI systems consulting, agentic systems development, computer vision solutions, and AI platform operations (MLOps, LLMOps). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or engagement letters.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement, except as required by law or with written consent.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of work product is determined by the terms of each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing materials remain with their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Terreaux’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
